End of grade testing causing stress and anxiety?
Founder of Twist Kids Yoga, Mary Beth Bender has created an offering called ‘Stress Reduction and Self Care for Parents’ It is based on the philosophy that to bring Yoga & Mindfulness to children, we must first give the self care tools to parents. Parents can learn the proper tools and techniques to use at home to help alleviate stress, anxiety, burnout and negativity.

Mary Beth would love to see more Yoga & Mindfulness in the lives of children and feels that in order for this to happen, it must start with the parents.

Mary Beth’s Bio:
Mary Beth is an E-RYT 500. She is also a RCYT with 2 full certifications through Little Flower Yoga and Grounded Kids Yoga. She has also studied with Yoga Kids International, Asheville Yoga Center and continues to see inspiration in the work of others.
Mary Beth created Twist Kids Yoga with the intention to bring more mindfulness & yoga to the younger generations. She believes in the positive ripple effect that this work has on the world.
Mary Beth is a child at heart and has an infectious love and warmth for children. Children enjoy her boundless energy and her youthful spirit.
